The major event of the year is the very popular Sausalito Arts Festival,  it will be celebrating its 58th year and attracts 50,000 visitors normally over the three day Labor Day Weekend.

The best local, American, and International Artists (+200) bring their combined perspectives, virtuoso skills, and more than 20,000 original works of art — including paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, fiber art, fine glass, woodwork, mixed media, and photography.

Each April Sausalito’s colorful floating homes community "Saturday, April 24, 11 am to 5 pm, - 2010" will present the Artists of Issaquah free exhibition. Guests will have an opportunity to view and purchase a wide variety of outstanding art, while getting a rare chance to be inside some of the most unique homes in the world.
 
15 resident artists of Issaquah Dock and 8 artists from Liberty Dock will be showing paintings, photography, sculpture and mixed media work at reasonable prices.

The Sausalito floating homes community includes some 400 houseboats and boasts a rich history of creative expression. The Artists of Issaquah are maintaining this tradition with their sixth annual exhibition.

These two events are now combined and held on Memorial Day 2010.

The Sausalito Spring Art Fair, sponsored by the Sausalito Nursery School. Enjoy 100+ artists, fine food, wine, live music and a children's entertainment area featuring music, theater and activities just for kids! Admission to the Spring Faire is free. The Sausalito Spring Faire is an annual fundraiser for Sausalito Nursery School.
 

The Caledonia St Fair "11am – 6pm" featuring over 100 artists of all mediums who participate in the one day event. Over 5,000 people attended the fair last year. The Fair has a strong focus on music and dance performances, with three stages of live entertainment. A special children's area on the lawn at City Hall provides art and activities for our littlest residents. There are always surprises at this event, so don't miss out.
